Just one day remains in the summer transfer window, and time is running out for Liverpool to get some final deals over the line, both in and out of the club.
The Reds have completed three moves so far, with an expectation that Bradley Barcola will be the fourth, pending his medical being completed after he was seen on Merseyside over the weekend.
Despite that move, Liverpool's start to the season has shown that there needs to be some improvement from the side to reach the top once again, and the transfer window offers a final chance to add new personnel who can solve those issues.
So, with that said, here's a look at the latest Liverpool transfer news and rumors, ahead of another busy day of action on the market.
Lucca Brughmans (Genk)

Liverpool has held talks with Belgian club Genk over a move for goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans, ahead of a potential late transfer switch this summer.
That's according to Sacha Tavolieri, who claims that the 18-year-old is being targeted as a possible replacement for Giorgi Mamardashvili, who has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest.
It's claimed that Bayern Munich has the youngster on the radar, who has shown plenty of promise in the early days of his career with the Belgian club.
Liverpool.com says: A move for Brughmans could add plenty of potential to the goalkeeping ranks, but there may be some concern if he is the replacement for Mamardashvili this season.
Alisson has suffered with injuries over the past year, which forced the Georgian international into action, meaning the number two has to be ready to fill in where required.
Brughmans has only made 15 appearances in senior football, and while that potential is clearly there, he may not be an ideal replacement in the goalkeeping ranks.
Winger replacements
Cody Gakpo celebrates

Cody Gakpo has been linked with a move to Manchester City, but any move will have to come with a replacement lined up by Liverpool.
With that in mind, Mike McGrath claims that the Reds are still looking to sign Crystal Palace star Ismaila Sarr as an option to bolster the forward ranks.
Interest remains in Yankuba Minteh, while Stuttgart's Jamie Leweling has emerged as an option in the market, as Liverpool continues to assess the options currently available.
Liverpool.com says: The winger market has proved to be a challenge for Liverpool, outside of signing Barcola, with moves being rejected for several other options in the past few weeks.
A deal at this stage seems unlikely, especially with the fees being mentioned with the players that the Reds are considering. On top of that, there are clear concerns over selling a player like Gakpo, who, at the very least, is consistent, if not always a game-changer.
Considering all of these factors, it may make sense for Liverpool to hang onto Gakpo and consider wingers again in the future, rather than in a last-gasp move in the market.
