1. Enzo Fernandez waits for Manchester City
This remains Chelsea’s biggest possible deadline bombshell.
Enzo Fernandez has verbally agreed personal terms with Manchester City, but the Premier League rivals have not yet submitted the formal offer required to unlock the transfer.

Chelsea value Fernandez at around £120million, while Sky Sports reports the Blues are prepared to sell for the right price if they can improve Xabi Alonso’s squad.

Emi Martinez’s arrival has completely transformed Robert Sanchez’s position.
Martinez started immediately against Brighton on Sunday, while Sanchez was left out following Chelsea’s decision to recruit a new senior goalkeeper.
