With transfer season drawing to a close, teams in Europe are finalizing offers in an effort to bolster their lineups or otherwise throw millions of dollars worth of hope into solving problems to give them an edge for the upcoming season. One such move may see USMNT striker Folarin Balogun move to Premier League side Everton.

The Toffies are re-structuring their attack and will send current attackers Beto and Thierno Barry to new clubs. Balogun is one replacement the team is seeking as it is also linked with a move to bring back Richarlison. According to reports, Balogun is interested in coming back to England having played his youth soccer with Arsenal before making a brief debut with the senior team before a loan spell with Middlesborough.

So far, the American has yet to play for Monaco who is also eyeing a move to bring in a different attacker in his place. The move would see Balogun and Richarlison compete for a no. 9 role with the Toffies as the Brazilian scored 11 goals with 4 assists in 32 appearances for Tottenham last year.
