Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a double deal with Chelsea to sign Tosin and Mykhailo Mudry, according to David Ornstein.
The north London side have already completed eight first-team signings this summer, with all of Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Martin Dubravka, Jan Paul van Hecke, Mateus Fernandes, Sandro Tonali, Savio, and Omar Marmoush joining to become part of Robert De Zerbi's revolution.
But the club have lost both of their opening Premier League games of the season against Brentford and Newcastle United, and the Italian boss wants to add more to his squad before Tuesday's 11pm deadline.
Spurs have been looking to add a new forward to the squad, but saw a move for Liverpool star Cody Gakpo collapse after he opted to join Man City instead.
However, Liverpool rejected an £80m offer from City for the Netherlands international and now intend to keep him beyond the transfer deadline as they are struggling to find a replacement. That saw City make a move to sign Everton's Iliman Ndiaye instead, hijacking Spurs' move for the Senegal star after they had already agreed a £60m deal.
That has now seen Tottenham make a move to sign Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk on loan, and they have agreed terms with the club, however, they are still discussing personal terms with the Ukraine international.
