Chelsea forward Marc Guiu is reportedly on the verge of completing a permanent move to RB Leipzig after successfully passing his medical in Germany.
The Blues had already reached an agreement with Leipzig for the 20-year-old, but the transfer has now moved into its final formalities.
Sky Germany reports, via NTV, that Guiu has passed his medical, with Chelsea and Leipzig now only needing to complete the final transfer documents before an official announcement.

Marc Guiu closes in on Chelsea exit
ReadChelsea previously reported that Chelsea had agreed a surprise permanent Guiu sale following secret talks with Leipzig.
At that stage, Fabrizio Romano confirmed agreements were in place between the clubs and player, with Chelsea also securing a sell-on clause.
Guiu has since travelled to Germany and completed the next major step.
The total package is reportedly worth around €17million, including achievable bonuses, while the striker is expected to sign a contract running until 2031.
Chelsea signed Guiu from Barcelona for around €6m in 2024, meaning the deal would deliver a significant return while retaining an interest in any future Leipzig sale.
Only the final paperwork and official announcement now remain.
