Running back Jaydon Blue, who the Cowboys waived on Sunday, is signing with the Eagles’ practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Cowboys drafted Blue in the fifth round in 2025, but he was a healthy scratch for 12 games as a rookie. He totaled 38 carries for 129 yards and a touchdown.
Coach Brian Schottenheimer noted Blue’s growth in maturity in 2026, though it was not enough to keep his roster spot.
The Eagles have Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley on their 53-player roster at the position.
