Everton are in pursuit of Folarin Balogun, Jack Grealish and Kenny Tete, while Iliman Ndiaye, Beto and Tim Iroegbunam could depart

Everton are set to be working until the final hours of the transfer window as the club races to complete a dizzying array of late deals.
The Blues are pursuing moves for Folarin Balogun, Jack Grealish and Kenny Tete in the hope of improving David Moyes’ squad after a positive start to the campaign.
Iliman Ndiaye and Beto look likely to leave on permanent transfers, Tim Iroegbunam could join them, while Adam Aznou has already departed on loan. Talks over a deal that would see Richarlison return to Everton have also been taking place, though finalising a reunion looks complicated.
Beto is a popular figure at Finch Farm and among supporters but has struggled for consistency and entered the final year of his contract this summer.
The 28-year-old was in Italy on Monday to undergo a medical ahead of a move to Fiorentina worth in the region of £16m. Aznou, meanwhile, has joined Malaga on a season-long loan despite playing a busy role for in pre-season and with his departure leaving the club without recognised competition and cover for Vitalii Mykolenko at left-back.
After at one point looking likely to move to Tottenham Hotspur, Ndiaye is now heading to Manchester City after they agreed a deal with the Blues worth £60m plus £5m in add ons.
Everton have sought to deter suitors for the Senegal international through the summer, pointing to the remaining three years of his contract and the lack of any financial need to sell as strengthening their hand. Ndiaye, however, has rejected fresh terms offered this year due to his desire for a clause to be inserted that would open the door to a move from a Champions League club should it occur.
Contrary to previous messaging, Everton’s end-of-window activity, which included considering the sale of homegrown starlet Harrison Armstrong to Nottingham Forest before the club’s owners pulled the plug in the face of outrage from supporters, has also suggested they would now desire a significant sale.
Big money has now come in from Man City, who always retained an interest in Ndiaye, and have made their move after seeing an £80m bid for Liverpool's Cody Gakpo rejected.
The talks with Spurs over Tottenham included discussions for Richarlison to return to the Blues, albeit in a separate deal.
Everton’s interest in Balogun and the club’s confidence of another loan deal for Grealish place that deal in jeopardy, as does the emotional statement made by the Brazilian last night. Indeed, it is understood the Blues have now agreed a £40m deal for Balogun while Grealish is said to be ready to shun offers from elsewhere.
Deadline day does look likely to bring an end to the longstanding search of a right-back, with Kenny Tete close to a move from Fulham. Should that deal be completed it would see Everton pay around £9m for a player they almost signed for free last year, only for him to then reject the club in favour of a fresh deal at Craven Cottage.
Another transfer that could be back on is that of Iroegbunam's to Hull City. The midfielder returned to action in Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bournemouth after a hamstring injury sustained in pre-season forced the Tigers to pull out of the deal they had agreed with the Blues. But reports last night suggested that has been revived.
Meanwhile, Under-21s winger Joel Catesby has secured a season-long loan to League Two side Accrington Stanley. More departures could yet follow from the academy, with interest in Harvey Foster, Jack Patterson and others.
