Deadline day is finally here and the summer transfer window might be about to go into overdrive. Clubs in the Premier League and beyond have had all summer to get their business done.
But some of the biggest deals of the entire window could all be about to happen over the next few hours. The window closes at 11pm on Tuesday evening so there really is a race against time to get negotiations complete, contracts thrashed out and medicals done.
Manchester City are expected to be one of the busiest clubs today, with Enzo Maresca’s side chasing a few players. Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and many more could also be welcoming new faces across what promises to be an intriguing day.
With that all being said, take a look at the 10 biggest deals we expect to be signed off over the next few hours:

Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City
Let’s start with what could actually be one of the biggest moves of the window. Enzo Fernandez’s future at Chelsea has been up in the air all summer long, with Chelsea among those eyeing a move for him.
The Blues were actually set a deadline to lodge a bid earlier this summer but failed to do so. But since then, the Argentine midfielder has been left out of Xabi Alonso’s last two squads.
Talks between City and Chelsea have ramped up over the last 24 hours but it remains to be seen whether the former would be willing to pay the Blues’ eye-watering price tage of £120m.
Iliman Ndiaye to Manchester City
While City clearly have work to do to seal a move for Fernandez, things look slightly rosier when it comes to Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye. Having looked like he was potentially on his way to Tottenham Hotspur, City have swooped in to agree a £65m fee with the Toffees.
Ndiaye is expected to undergo his medical today and put the final touches to his switch to the Etihad Stadium. His move will complete a stunning rise for the Senegalese, having been playing for Hyde United as recently as 2020.

Jack Grealish to Everton
As part of their agreement to sign Ndiaye, it appears that City are willing to sanction another move for winger Jack Grealish. The England man has been linked with an exit all summer with former club Aston Villa, Sunderland and Everton all thought to be among the contenders.
Having spent a productive loan spell on Merseyside last term before injury cruelly curtailed his campaign, he now looks set to return. Grealish has been given the pick of the bunch but was very keen to return to Everton and that move should be rubber-stamped relatively soon.
Ismaila Sarr to Liverpool
Everton might not be the only club on Merseyside busy over the next few hours. Despite having already signed Bradley Barcola in a mega deal from PSG, Andoni Iraola is keen to add to his wide options even further.
Ismaila Sarr’s name is one that has refused to go away all summer long. The Crystal Palace wideman had a sensational season last term and would add real quality to the Reds’ wide options.
His price tag could be a real stumbling block, however. Palace reportedly want to bank around £75m, which could see Liverpool step away from talks for the time being.

Mykhailo Mudryk to Spurs
While Roberto De Zerbi’s side have lost out in the race for Ndiaye, they are determined to add even further to their squad despite having already splashed over £300m on new signings so far this summer.
Ukrainian winger Mudyrk has been identified as their next target and it has been suggested that he will join the North London side on loan until the end of the season with an option to buy.
Mudryk is now clear to play again having been suspended for testing positive for a previously banned substance back in November 2024.
Tosin Adarabioyo to Spurs
A loan move for Mudryk might not be the only business that Spurs choose to do with their London neighbours over the final day of the window. They have also agreed a deal to sign defender Tosin Adarabioyo in a permanent deal.
Adarabioyo, 28, has previously been with Manchester City and Fulham during his career and only arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2024. He has made 70 appearances for the club since then.

Lamine Camara to Chelsea
It might not just be outgoings on the agenda at Stamford Bridge on the final day of the window, the Blues might also be welcoming a new face, too. Chelsea have reportedly identified Monaco man Lamine Camara as a potential replacement for Enzo Fernandez should he complete his move to Manchester City.
Speaking over the weekend, Monaco boss Felipe Luis said of his young star: “I hope to keep him.
“You see the player that he is – unbelievable. Until the end of the transfer window, anything can happen. Everyone hopes that he stays. He is elite.”
Malick Fofana to Arsenal
Camara might not be the only Ligue 1 star to opt for a switch to the Premier League on the final day of the window. Lyon wideman Malick Fofana is being eyed by reigning champions Arsenal, with talks underway.
Fofana is reportedly open to joining the Gunners, while Lyon might have to sell after failing to qualify for the Champions League. Crystal Palace have also been linked with the 21-year-old in the past.

Folarin Balogun to Everton
With Grealish potentially on his way to Hill Dickinson Stadium, Everton look set to bolster their attack even further with the addition of USA international Folarin Balogun.
The striker, who was at the heart of controversy during this summer’s World Cup, has reportedly agreed a £40m switch to Merseyside. He will undergo a medical with the Toffees ahead of formalising his switch.
Balogun’s move to Everton might also hand Arsenal a useful bonus, having slotted in a sell-on clause into the original deal that took him to Monaco.
Honest Ahanor to Crystal Palace
Okay, bear with us. This is a slightly confusing one. Atalanta defender Honest Ahanor is expected to sign for Chelsea - albeit that move will only go through next summer.
Before that, he looks set to join Crystal Palace on loan. Some might question why he doesn’t just join Palace on loan from Chelsea but that’s not allowed due to the Eagles already having Axel Disasi on loan from the Blues.
