According to Sky Sports, Ainsley Maitland-Niles has arrived in Manchester to complete the first part of his medical ahead of joining the club from French side Lyon.
He will then head to Finch Farm to finalise his move, with Everton set to pay in the region of £4.2m to secure his signature.
Maitland-Niles is set to sign a three-year deal with the option of an additional year.
