The 28-year-old has scrubbed his Instagram of any trace of his time at Selhurst Park after Palace chairman Steve Parish made clear to the player and his representatives that he would not be sold this summer, regardless of the size of any offer, according to The Sun.
Sarr's agent, Diosmansey Kamara, took to social media to voice his frustration, arguing that African players are shown insufficient respect in the transfer market. The Senegal international was hoping to follow his idol Sadio Mané in making the move to Anfield, but Crystal Palace have stood firm throughout, having already knocked back interest from Galatasaray earlier in the window.
Palace's resolve is said to stem largely from new manager Pierre Sage's reluctance to lose another attacking outlet having already sold key figures such as Daniel Muñoz, with the club applying the same logic in rejecting inquiries for midfielder Adam Wharton. Sarr also still has three years remaining on his contract, a factor that has only hardened Palace's stance.
The frustration comes off the back of arguably the best campaign of Sarr's career. He scored 21 goals last season as Palace won the Europa Conference League, having been central to their FA Cup triumph over Manchester City at Wembley the year before that.
He has effectively replaced Wilfried Zaha as the club's talisman since the Ivorian's departure, with Zaha having since returned to train at Selhurst Park.
Sarr joined Palace from Marseille for a fee in the region of £12.5 million in August 2024 and has gone on to become one of the Eagles' most influential performers, a status Parish is understood to feel justifies the club's refusal to sanction a cut-price exit this summer.

Liverpool have not returned with a third offer since their second approach was turned down, instead redirecting their attention and resources towards completing a deal for Bradley Barcola.
