Chelsea Women will face Paris Saint-Germain, OL Lyonnes, Roma, Häcken, Austria Vienna and OH Leuven in the 2026/27 Women’s Champions League league phase.
Sonia Bompastor’s side discovered their six opponents in Friday’s draw in Nyon after securing qualification with a 6-2 aggregate win over Real Sociedad.
The Blues will play three matches at Plough Lane and three away from home as they attempt to reach the knockout stages.

Chelsea were placed in Pot 1 for the draw and will face two teams from each of the three pots.

Chelsea handed huge Lyon and PSG tests
The standout fixtures come against two of Europe’s established powers.
Chelsea will host Paris Saint-Germain at Plough Lane, while the trip to OL Lyonnes provides one of the toughest possible away assignments available from Pot 1.
Lyonnes remain one of the most successful clubs in Women’s Champions League history, while PSG have been regular contenders deep into the competition.
Those two matches should provide an early indication of Chelsea’s ability to challenge Europe’s strongest teams under Bompastor.
There is added intrigue around the Lyon fixture because of Bompastor’s own history with the French giants.
She previously won the Champions League with Lyon both as a player and as their head coach before taking charge at Chelsea.
Roma return to Plough Lane
Chelsea will also host Roma.
The Italian side came from Pot 2, while Häcken provide Chelsea’s away opponent from the same section of the draw.
The Blues then face Austria Vienna at home and travel to OH Leuven from Pot 3.
Chelsea therefore avoided Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, although the Lyon away game means there is still a significant heavyweight challenge in the schedule.
Where will Chelsea play their Champions League home games?
All three Chelsea home fixtures in the league phase will be played at Plough Lane.
That means supporters will be able to watch:

at the south-west London ground.
That arrangement differs from the WSL, with Chelsea Women now playing all league home matches at Stamford Bridge.
How does the Women’s Champions League league phase work?
The competition contains 18 teams in one league table.
Every club plays six fixtures, with one home and one away match against teams from each of the three draw pots.
UEFA’s rules state that the top four teams progress directly to the quarter-finals. Teams finishing from fifth to 12th enter knockout play-offs for the remaining four quarter-final places, while those finishing 13th or lower are eliminated.
That makes every league-phase match important despite Chelsea not facing each of the other 17 teams.

Chelsea Women Champions League tickets
Chelsea have confirmed that season-ticket holders and Bridge Pass holders will be able to purchase league-phase tickets from 2pm on Monday 7 September.
General sale is scheduled to begin at 2pm on Tuesday 8 September, subject to UEFA confirming the fixtures.
Supporters should check the club’s official ticketing channels once dates and kick-off times have been finalised.
Chelsea enter Europe after Sociedad win
Chelsea had to qualify for the league phase after finishing third in the WSL last season.
The Blues beat Real Sociedad 5-2 in the first leg before Keira Walsh scored the only goal in Spain to complete a 6-2 aggregate victory.
Bompastor’s side can now turn their attention to a league phase containing trips to France, Sweden and Belgium alongside three home European nights at Plough Lane.
