Mo Salah has shared a sweet glimpse of family life after welcoming his baby son with wife Magi. The former Liverpool FC star posted a series of snaps on Instagram featuring his youngest daughter, Kayan.
Salah, who appeared to be enjoying a restaurant meal with his family, captioned the post: “Soaking it up while I’m still cool to the one who’s nowhere near her teens.” The final picture appeared to show his eldest daughter, Makka, focused on her phone. The family update comes shortly after it was confirmed that Salah and Magi had welcomed a baby boy.
Salah’s sister, Rabab, revealed the news earlier this week by sharing a picture of a knitted newborn baby hat and confirming the arrival of her nephew.
She also revealed that the baby had been named Leil, which means “night” in Arabic.

President of Trabzonspor Ertuğrul Doğan also confirmed the happy news in a post on X.
In a message translated from Turkish, he said: “After the Amed match, we had come abroad together with Onana and Salah. Twins were born to both of them—Onana's twins, and Salah had a baby boy. I congratulate their families and wives.”
The Egypt international and Magi married in 2013 after growing up in the same village and attending the same school.
They already have two daughters together - Makka, who was born in 2014, and Kayan, who was born in 2020.
Salah's family were spotted at the end of every Liverpool season. He would often take them on the pitch after the final game, joined by his teammates and their families.

The former right winger announced his decision to depart the Reds earlier this year.
In his farewell message, Salah described Liverpool as more than just a football club, calling it a "passion, history, and spirit." He noted that he never imagined how deeply the city and its people would become a part of his life over the last decade.
Salah was one of Liverpool's most accomplished players. The Egyptian collected medals in the Premier League, Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, Emirates FA Cup, UEFA Super Cup, Carabao Cup and FA Community Shield.
Salah flew to Turkey to complete his move last month, initially arriving in Istanbul to undergo a medical examination at Acibadem Maslak Hospital.
He then flew on to Trabzon, where he was given a stunning welcome by supporters as they gathered with flares, flags and fireworks to greet the Egyptian late into the night.
