Former Premier League striker Chris Sutton believes that Jeremy Jacquet was fortunate to avoid a second yellow card for Liverpool in the side's clash with Ipswich Town.
The French defender made his third successive start in the Premier League for the Reds, starting alongside Virgil van Dijk once again as the duo looked to secure a first clean sheet of the season.
A quickfire double from Alexander Isak stopped the run of successive games in which Andoni Iraola's went behind in the games, giving the away side an early advantage.
There were more chances to follow for Liverpool in the first half, but none of them could be converted, before a second half response from the Tractor Boys.

Gary O'Neil's side showed some more aggression after the break, with the team trying to get more out of the starting striker, Emersonn.
Jacquet was called into action a few times, and picked up a yellow card just seven minutes into the half for a foul, putting him on a caution alongside Alexis Mac Allister.
Just moments later, the defender made a challenge on Emersonn that appeared to see him catch the striker, but the referee Darren England waved away the claim and didn't give a free kick or a second yellow card.
Ipswich players, and its manager O'Neil, were left raging at the call, believing that there should've been a red card and a free kick awarded in their direction.

Former Premier League striker Sutton on Sky Sports commentary duty believed that Jacquet was fortunate to avoid the red card, as he said: "Jacquet is on a yellow card and he needs to keep his composure.
"There is contact and Liverpool has got away with one there. Gary O'Neil is furious with the referee and I think he has a point."
It was one of several bold calls from match referee England, who was called into action a few times during a clash that had some decisions to be made.
One of those came in the first half, when Abdul Fatawu appeared to catch Cody Gakpo late in the box, but no penalty was given. The second half saw him called to the monitor for a potential penalty shout on Dominik Szoboszlai, but that was ruled out through an offside in the build-up.
While there may have been a few turning points in that way, Liverpool done the damage in the first ten minutes to land a first win of the campaign.
