Coventry City face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium
Coventry City’s daunting start to their Premier League campaign continues today when they face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
The Sky Blues take on the Citizens for the first time since March 2002 and for the first time in the top flight since New Year’s Day 2001. It is also the club’s first ever visit to the Etihad.
They arrive on the back of a testing opening day defeat at Arsenal and having had their pockets picked by Hull City last time out.
By comparison, City have won both of their opening games beating Bournemouth and Crystal Palace since when they have spent £125million on Argentina international Enzo Fernandez, who could make his debut this afternoon.
