Manchester United are back in action today as they travel to Everton in the Premier League. Mason Mount is expected to be fit enough to travel having been out since August 8 with a 'minor knock'.
No further updates were provided on team news during Michael Carrick's press conference, so it is assumed Amad will be missing again. Matthijs de Ligt and Manuel Ugarte are long-term absentees.
Carrick asked for patience with Benjamin Sesko on Friday. He is still working his way back to full fitness after picking up a shin injury during the victory over Liverpool in May. The United boss also insisted that Joshua Zirkzee remains an important part of the team.

Tyrone Marshall
Carrick has a deep squad to pick from and there might be a temptation to make changes, but things clicked in the second half last week and I would go with the same XI again.
There seems little point in making changes defensively at the minute. In midfield, Mount should be back in the squad but he can't start. Andrey Santos is the one player who will be making a case, but the Youri Tielemans and Kobbie Mainoo partnership deserves another chance.
Sesko is perhaps the player closest to disrupting a winning team. He scored at Everton last season and is building his fitness. But the fluid attack worked against Ipswich and I think it's worth going with that approach again, with Sesko a weapon in reserve.
Jack Flintham
I wouldn't be looking to change the defence against Everton. However, I am tempted to start Santos in place of Tielemans. The former Aston Villa man did not do anything wrong against Ipswich, but Santos would provide United with more mobility in midfield.
Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford have to start. As does Bryan Mbeumo on the right while Amad remains absent.
However, United would benefit from Sesko leading the line. Matheus Cunha did well last weekend, but the Reds missed a focal point at the top of the pitch, particularly in the first half. Against a physical Everton side, I fear Cunha might be marked out of the game.
