The transfer window talk at Everton can stop for now, because it is time to turn attention back to the pitch.
While off-field matters have dominated in the past week or so, the Blues have made a good start to the season with wins over Crystal Palace in the Premier League and Preston North End in the Carabao Cup, before last weekend's last gasp draw at Bournemouth.
Next comes the toughest test of the fledgling campaign though, with Manchester United coming to what promises to be a raucous Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Finally, I must stress the importance of us all pulling together.We need to be strong again and there may be occasions when we may have to find a way to get through some difficult moments. It is something you have all done in recent seasons.Everyone has pulled together for the good of the football club and we may need to do so again.We have made a good start and we are looking to build on that. We all recognise the importance of early wins and we will be giving everything to try to bring us another one today.
Just over 15 minutes to go until team news is confirmed, and the big question facing David Moyes is whether he starts Jack Grealish or not. It is easy to see why so many would want to see him start, but a good way for Everton to get at United this afternoon is by using pace out wide, which leans towards Tyrique George and Brennan Johnson getting the nod.
Michael Carrick knows his Manchester United side are in for a tough game against Everton this afternoon.
The United boss said: “A tough game. Going to Everton away is always tough, and the game can change and flip so quickly with the supporters and the atmosphere they generate. We’re totally expecting that.
“They’ve had a good start and they’ve got some really good attacking players in the team, so we’re expecting a tough game. We’ve got to be close to, if not at, our best to get the result we want.”
