Team news is out as Chelsea prepare to take on Arsenal at the Emirates!

As expected, Xabi Alonso has gone with the same front three that caused so much damage in Chelsea’s first two opening games against Fulham and Brighton & Hove Albion, but there is no Moises Caicedo or Levi Colwill in the starting XI.

Caicedo has not recovered from his injury, while Colwill has been dropped to the bench. Josh Acheampong has come in for the England international.

Chelsea and Arsenal still have their 100% records, but at least one of those clubs will see theirs disappear by the full-time whistle.

Ahead of the game, Theo Walcott made a combined XI of Chelsea and Arsenal players, and picked Moises Caicedo over the Gunners’ new signing Bruno Guimaraes.

Caicedo has had some injury problems this season, which is why bringing in Lamine Camara would have been really helpful. However, after Camara’s failed move, Alonso will have to make do with what he has at his disposal.

The above obviously includes Caicedo, James, Romeo Lavia, Valentin Barco and Jordan Henderson.
