Wolverhampton Wanderers’ 18-year-old dual-national (Portugal/England) winger Mateus Mané continues to be one of the most talked-about young talents in the European transfer market. Having impressed for the Portugal under-21s national team while also being closely monitored by the English FA, the gifted attacker remains high on the radar of Europe’s biggest clubs heading into the 2026/27 campaign.
Numerous clubs across Europe are actively tracking Mané’s development and contractual terms:

Wolverhampton Wanderers hierarchy holds a resolute stance regarding Mané, who is under a long-term contract until June 2029. Wolves view him as a fundamental pillar for the club’s future backbone and have firmly declared that he is not for sale.
While Mané is not actively forcing an exit, sources indicate he would be open to a new challenge should Wolves give the green light. Valued at €20.00 million on Transfermarkt, Wolves’ internal valuation is considerably higher—asking figures during pre-season ranged between £35 million and £45–50 million. Although Manchester United were rumored to be weighing a £20 million bid, any future deal would require performance-based add-ons and a significant sell-on clause to tempt Wolves to the negotiating table.
