A recent departure from the defensive ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has been offered to a trio of Premier League clubs with a view to the remainder of the season ahead.
That’s according to English outlet TEAMtalk, who highlight Dani Carvajal as the player in question.
Full-back Carvajal is for his part currently available on the market as a free agent. Since departing Real Madrid upon the expiration of his contract at the end of last season, the 34-year-old has not managed to find a new home.
Carvajal does not yet consider his career at the top level to be finished, however, with his entourage having therefore been tasked with sourcing a contract offer from a new club through next summer.
And as alluded to above, over recent days, this has culminated in a trio of English clubs being contacted to gauge their interest in a deal for the veteran stopper.
As per a report from TEAMtalk:
‘Dani Carvajal has been offered to Liverpool and Manchester City by intermediaries exploring options for the free agent, while Fulham have also been approached over a potential move for the legendary right-back.’
It now remains to be seen if any of the three clubs hold a mutual interest in a joining of forces…
