Manchester United have completed a deal to sign 16-year-old Liverpool midfielder Isaac Konde. Reports claim the youngster is set for a move to Old Trafford after the club completed the formal steps in the last 24 hours.
That's according to Fabrizio Romano, who says United have reached an agreement with the Reds. Konde has made six appearances for Liverpool so far this season in the Under-18s Premier League, with one assist to his name.
It's the latest move from United to strengthen their youth teams, having seen a number of departures in recent weeks.
Premier League champions Arsenal confirmed the signing of Habeeb Ogunneye and James Scanlon on permanent deals during the recent summer transfer window.
Young striker Louie Bradbury also left the club to join Stoke City on a permanent basis. The 17-year-old penned a two-year deal with the Championship side, with the club holding an option for a further year for the 2028/29 campaign.

A club statement read: "Academy forward Louie Bradbury has agreed a move to Championship side Stoke City, subject to registration.
"The Shrewsbury-born striker signed for United at Under-14s level and earned his scholarship with the club in 2025.
"He made five appearances for the Under-18s during the 2024/25 season, debuting for Adam Lawrence’s side as a late substitute in the FA Youth Cup fourth-round.
"Last season he scored eight Under-18 Premier League goals and also registered at Premier League 2 level.
"Everyone at Manchester United wishes Louie all the best with his next stage of his career."
United also made an attempt to sign Leicester City star Louis Page, but were left frustrated with the talented teenager remaining with the League One side after the two clubs failed to agree a deal in time before the deadline passed.
