Anthony Edwards gives his honest take on the toughest places to play in the NBA image
Anthony Edwards has cemented himself as one of the best players in the NBA. He is at the top of the scouting report all the time, so the pressure is on him to perform. That gets even bigger when the Minnesota Timberwolves play away from home, as Edwards loves standing out.
Target Center is where Edwards feels at home, so when he plays elsewhere, there is a different feeling. Edwards thrives under pressure, which is why he appreciates playing away from home because all the fans in the arena are against him and the Timberwolves.
Anthony Edwards gets honest about the arenas that are the toughest to play at
Playing road games is quite challenging, especially when the crowd is passionate. The Timberwolves have a great arena with a crowd that is ready to support their team no matter what. That is why players like Edwards love playing at home because they are in their comfort zones.
However, they also have to play half the season away from home, so they have to adjust to whatever the crowd has against them. Some arenas are okay, but some stand out because they are incredibly hard to play at, and Edwards is well aware of that.

In a behind-the-scenes video of an advertisement alongside Formula 1 Driver Kimi Antonelli, Edwards was asked about what arenas are the ones he feels are the hardest to play at.
"Well, of course, home or Madison Square. Madison Square, TD Garden, New York, Boston, Philly, and Atlanta at home. But it's hard to play in Madison Square Garden too. Great place. It's hard to play there. You got to be ready for that. Boston is the same way New York is," Edwards said to Antonelli in the BTS video.
It is a good glimpse into how players think about certain matchups on their schedule. Edwards loves proving the doubters wrong, so there are no better places than the Boston Celtics' TD Garden and the New York Knicks' Madison Square Garden, where fans are always passionate.
