Manchester United Women vs Chelsea Women kicks off at 12pm BST on Sunday 13 September, with the game being played at the Progress With Unity Stadium.

Chelsea’s official 2026/27 WSL fixture list confirms the trip is the Blues’ second league match of the season and their first away from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea return home to face Birmingham City six days later before Arsenal visit Stamford Bridge on 27 September.

Manchester United Women vs Chelsea Women will be shown live on Sky Sports Mix in the UK.
Sky Sports currently lists the fixture as beginning at 12pm, with its television coverage starting from 11.30am.
Current UK television listings also have the game available through Sky Sports+, alongside the main Sky Sports Mix broadcast.
That means supporters who cannot make the trip north will be able to follow Chelsea’s second WSL fixture live.

Chelsea will travel to Manchester determined to respond after a frustrating opening weekend.
Bompastor’s side were held to a 1-1 draw by Aston Villa despite completely dominating proceedings at Stamford Bridge.
Lauren James opened the scoring after 11 minutes before a late Veerle Buurman own goal gave Villa an unlikely point.

United were beaten 2-1 by London City Lionesses in their first league game under new head coach Eva Olid.

It means both sides enter Sunday searching for their first victory of the new league season.
Chelsea will nevertheless know what Manchester United can offer.
The sides met several times last season, including in the League Cup final, and Sunday represents another early examination of Bompastor’s rebuilt squad.
Chelsea Women preparing for busy September
The Manchester United trip is only the beginning of another demanding period.
After facing Birmingham and Arsenal in the WSL, Chelsea begin their Women’s Champions League league-phase campaign against Austria Wien on 23 September.
