ATLANTA, Ga. — Kroy Biermann Jr., the son of Kim Zolciak, a former star of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and ex-Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, was set to make a court appearance Tuesday, however, it has since been canceled.
Last week, Biermann Jr., 15, was [**indicted by a Gwinnett County grand jury**](https://www.wrdw.com/2026/09/03/son-real-housewives-star-indicted-additional-sex-charges-including-child-molestation/) on charges of aggravated child molestation; aggravated sexual battery; aggravated sodomy; three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16; and false imprisonment.

It is not known why the hearing on Tuesday was canceled.
According to Fulton County court documents, Biermann Jr. was arrested on Aug. 17, 2026, and was subsequently arraigned before Magistrate Court Judge Cassandra Kirk. Attorney Jason Sheffield is representing Biermann Jr.
In a redacted incident report, an Alpharetta police officer said he was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, “for a report of sexual assault.” The report said the incident allegedly happened on April 23, 2026, in a Lifetime Fitness changing room.
