KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - One of the men who pled guilty to charges related to the rally shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade in February 2024 has been arrested again.
Twenty-one-year-old Dominic Miller has been charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm after officers searched his vehicle and found two guns inside in July.
According to court documents filed by federal prosecutors, Miller was arrested in July -- four months after his release from custody for the rally shooting.
Miller previously had been charged with second-degree felony murder in the rally shooting, which killed Kansas City DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan.

Miller took a plea deal, resulting in a two-year sentence with time served. He was arrested in July after KCPD officers stopped him in the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Prospect Avenue for driving a car with an improper license plate.
Both guns in Miller’s car allegedly had a machine gun conversion device on them.
On Aug. 28, the last remaining defendant in the rally shooting -- [Lyndell Mays](https://www.kctv5.com/2026/08/28/last-remaining-suspect-chiefs-super-bowl-rally-shooting-faces-14-new-charges/) -- was charged with 14 new felony charges by Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson.
