Look it up. The Bucs have _never_ had a starting QB be the full-time guy for six consecutive seasons.
Now the business side of the Bucs has a name to build around. Fans know Mayfield and love him. They do not love the head coach. So from a business perspective, securing Mayfield had extra importance, Joe believes.
