Tyler Herro finds himself facing a bitter legal battle with his long-time ex-girlfriend.
According to court records reviewed by TMZ, the new Milwaukee Bucks star is in a dispute over child support and custody of his two kids with his former partner and fitness influencer Katya Elise Henry.

Per TMZ, Tyler Herro and Katya Elise Henry split after nearly seven years of being in a relationship. Thus, the breakup sparked a legal dispute over their two young children.
Herro initially approached the court to legally establish a formal parenting schedule and calculate official child support, noting he had been providing voluntary financial assistance to Henry since giving birth. However, Herro abruptly dismissed his case days later.
Days following Herro's dismissal, Henry filed her own petition seeking primary custody and court-ordered financial support against the Milwaukee Bucks guard. She claimed she had been the primary caregiver and decision-maker for their kids.
While Henry stated that she wants the children to maintain a relationship with Herro, she requested that the court implement temporary and permanent safeguards for them. Her filing cited Herro's "historical conduct," though she stated she "intentionally omitted" the explicit details out of respect for him.
Henry's petition also highlighted the severe disparity in their respective incomes due to Herro's substantial NBA salary. In the end, the case is still ongoing for both sides.
Herro and Henry welcomed their first child, a daughter, in 2021 before having a son in 2023.
Herro is set for new beginnings in his NBA career after being traded by the Miami Heat to the Milwaukee Bucks as part of the blockbuster Giannis Antetokounmpo deal.
