Liverpool have made changes to their squad with the Champions League campaign kicking off against Atletico Madrid

Josh Sonni-Lambie and Jayden Danns are among the 14 Liverpool have added to their Champions League squad. Andoni Iraola makes his European debut in the Reds' hot-seat when Atletico Madrid visit Anfield in their League Phase opener.
The 18-year-old Sonni-Lambie and Danns, returning from a long-term injury, have been included in Player List B. Clubs can register an unlimited number of players on List B during the season, but they each must have at least three goalkeepers registered across Lists A and B combined.
Liverpool saw Wataru Endo and Federico Chiesa among the standout absentees from the List A squad - and are ineligible to be added to List B.
Players can only be registered on List B if born on or after 1 January 2005 and has, since their 15th birthday, been eligible to play for the club concerned for an uninterrupted period of two years, or for a total of three consecutive years with a maximum one-year loan spell at a club from the same association.
As a result, now regular first-teamers Trey Nyoni, Lewis Koumas and Rio Ngumoha have been included on List B.
Players aged 16 may also be registered if they have been registered with the club for the previous two years without interruption, but the youngest included for the Reds is Sonni-Lambie.

Forward Clae Ewing, 19, Afolam Onanuga, 20, Michael Laffey, 20, Ben Trueman, 19, Alvin Ayman, 18, Wellity Lucky, 20, Lucas Ptt, 19, Joseph Bradshaw, 18 and Bailey Hall 19, have all been named in the squad.
Long-term absentees Hugo Ekitike and Conor Bradley have been included and could play a role in Liverpool's aspirations for new Champions League supremacy later in the competition.
For Liverpool's 25-man squad, they must have a minimum of eight 'locally trained' players registered, including a maximum of four 'association trained'. In doing so, Luke Chambers, Isaac Mabaya, Freddie Woodman, Vitezslav Jaros, Joe Gomez, Jeremie Frimpong, Conor Bradley and James McConnell made up the quota.
Iraola described the visit of Diego Simeone's side as 'special' on a personal level. He said: "Yes, I think obviously it's a special night for me.
"Everyone talks [about] the Champions League nights at Anfield and also the first game is against a strong opposition, it's Atletico Madrid. Simeone is doing an incredible job as a manager.
"To be all the years that he has been achieving every season the goals of the club I think is remarkable and definitely it's a big challenge for us.
"I think I played against him as a player, he was still a player, and I played against his teams when he was a coach and I also coached against him. So, we had a lot of precedent before.
"Definitely he has much more experience than me in these kinds of games but I hope tomorrow we can give him a good game, yes."
