Liverpool came from behind to secure a 2-1 win against Atletico Madrid in their first UEFA Champions League group stage game of the season.
Marcos Llorente scored his fifth goal at Anfield as he opened the scoring for Diego Simeone’s side in the first half.
The Spaniard caught the Liverpool backline off guard and raced ahead of them to score another memorable goal at Anfield.
And Paul Robinson feels Milos Kerkez needs to be blamed for the goal as he was a bit slow to react to Llorente’s movement.

The left-back appeared to play Llorente on, who made no mistake after he was one-on-one vs Alisson Becker to put the visitors ahead.
“Kerkez is by no way the answer at left-back for me,” said Robinson via BBC 5 Live.
“They were exposed a number of times down that side with the overlapping full-back.”

Kerkez took a bit of time to settle in at Anfield after his big-money move from Bournemouth last summer. However, he was one of Liverpool’s better players under Arne Slot during the second half of last season, but we can see where Robinson is coming from.
The Hungarian is gifted physically and shows a lot of intensity, but in terms of his decision-making, he can still improve a lot at both ends of the pitch.
