Liverpool will take on Tottenham in the Carabao Cup next week, with Andoni Iraola's side set to come up against a very different-looking Roberto De Zerbi outfit

Tottenham striker Richarlison wants to cancel his contract with the North London club after a return to Everton failed to materialize during the summer transfer window.
The Brazilian, according to Globo, is hoping to join Vasco de Gama. Richarlison is yet to play under Roberto De Zerbi this term and was left out of Spurs' Premier League squad.
There is a similar case that Richarlison's agents are said to be hoping acts as a precedent. The former Atletico Madrid ace Renan Lodi successfully claimed in court that he was prevented from practicing his profession after not being registered in the Saudi Pro League.
The player obtained a unilateral termination of his contract and signed with a different team a few months later. Richarlison potentially could do something similar if successful.
In the past, the 29-year-old has scored six goals against Liverpool in 18 games. He has only been on the winning side twice in that period, however, with more than half ending in draws.
The Reds host Tottenham in the Carabao Cup next midweek, with Andoni Iraola and De Zerbi likely to make changes to their starting XIs as a result of being a lesser priority.

"After everything I’ve been through in recent years, I decided that NEVER AGAIN would anyone else decide my future for me," Richarlison wrote in a social media statement at the end of the transfer window.
"I endured a lot of hardship during that time, and almost all of it stemmed from decisions made by other people.
"Pressure, threats, retaliation — none of that scares me. I’ve been through worse... believe me!
"I have always made it clear, at every opportunity, that any move of mine to another club would also have to be good for the team.

"If it weren't, I would never have accepted it — just as I didn't when everything here was falling apart and they needed me. I stayed and gave it my all.
"So, I expect my situation to be treated with the same respect I’ve always shown Spurs and everyone I’ve worked with during this time. Just don't try to make the decision for me."
Liverpool.com says: It is hard to know exactly the situation with Richarlison, but he is under contract until next summer. It was his decision to move to Tottenham and sign for that term.
