The San Francisco 49ers have yet another injury concern in the Week 1 game versus the Los Angeles Rams, this time with tight end Jake Tonges.
The 49ers tight end suffered an injury in the second quarter and had to be helped off the field. Before that, the 49ers lost wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling for the game with an ankle injury.

UPDATE: Bad news for Tonges, who was carted to the locker room.
He is officially questionable to return with a knee injury, ESPN's Nick Wagoner reported.

As previously stated, Tonges needed help off the field and is now in the medical tent. It's an apparent leg injury for the tight end.
