The Japan international has signed a new deal which will keep her at Manchester City until the summer of 2030.
A dangerous and dynamic young winger, Fujino arrived in the WSL as a 20-year-old with an exciting reputation.
She adapted swiftly to life in the WSL in her first season with the Blues, ending the campaign with 13 goal involvements in 29 appearances in all competitions.

That included a stunning solo goal in the 2025 League Cup final against Chelsea, but it was merely a sign of things to come.
Indeed, Fujino was a key part of the Blues’ march to the Double in 2025/26, grabbing a dramatic late winner at Anfield and setting up Yui Hasegawa against Brighton for our first victory of the season among other standout moments.
She even ended the campaign with a goal in the FA Cup final as City beat Brighton 4-0 at Wembley, emphasising her impact and ability in the big moments.
