NFL fans were blown away by Pro Football Hall of Famer Luke Kuechly's performance in the commentary booth.
One of the greatest linebackers in the history of the sport, Kuechly was known for his football intelligence on the field, with many stating it translated to the booth with Netflix on Thursday.
Kuechly sat alongside Noah Eagle in Melbourne, Australia, covering the San Francisco 49ers' dominant victory over the Los Angeles Rams. It comes after the Rams controversially decided to make the 18-hour flight from Los Angeles just 24 hours before the game kicked off - looking to minimize time in the nation. They will fly home less than two hours after the game finishes, while the Niners remained in the country for almost a week.
Kuechly has experience while serving as a radio analyst for his former team, the Carolina Panthers, working on their Radio Network. But this has been the first time he called color commentary on a broadcast, leaving many fans impressed.
One said, "Luke Kuechly such a savant and student of the game expertly pointing out the clock stops inside 5 minutes left in the 4th Quarter when a player goes out of bounds. Not once ever have I heard another analyst mention that."
Another posted, "Luke Kuechly has been phenomenal on this broadcast," while a third posted, "Luke Kuechly has been awesome on the broadcast btw Would love to hear him every week, take notes FOX and CBS".

A fourth fan commented, "Outside of this game, Kuechly has been fantastic as a color analyst."
Kuechly is not hired by any of the major networks outside of Netflix like others working for the streaming platform, but he may have gained their attention with his performance on Thursday.
Netflix has just four more games this season, set to the Green Bay Packers' game against the Rams in Week 12, before again covering the Packers in their trip to Chicago to face the Bears in Week 16 on Christmas Day.
They host two games on Christmas, with their second being the Buffalo Bills' game against the Denver Broncos.
Netflix also has a Week 18 game, which is not yet announced. The schedule regularly changes in the last few weeks of the season.
The Rams were dominated by the 49ers in the game, with attention now being put on Los Angeles' decision to travel so late.
