Donald had been granted a two-game roster exemption upon returning from his retirement after the roster cut deadline. The Rams were required to move him to the active roster by today, so after missing the team’s season opener, he has finally made his way back to the 53-man roster.
No specifics have been reported to explain why Thomas has received a three-game suspension from the league. Thomas spent time this offseason with the Texans and 49ers; both teams waived him from their respective injured reserves using injury settlements.
