Anfield stadium stands and pitch during Liverpool FC vs Fulham Premier League draw
Liverpool played well defensively, earning a clean sheet, but the attacking players could not produce much going forward in a disappointing 0-0 draw with Fulham. In fact, Liverpool only managed three shots on goal in the 90 minutes on their way to a fourth straight draw at Anfield
Alisson (6/10): As usual, solid between the pipes
Van Dijk (7/10): The defense wasn’t the issue today. Van Dijk did his part on the back line.
Jacquet (8/10): Saved a goal in the first half, strong in individual battles
Tsimikas (4/10): Rare start and did not take advantage of the opportunity
Wirtz (6/10): This is a theme for all the players going forward. Put himself in good positions, but could not do anything with it
Szoboszlai (5/10): Quiet game, which unfortunately was the theme for the day for Liverpool
Isak (7/10): A couple of good chances, but could not find the finishing touch
Barcola (7/10): Good game. Nearly set up Isak for a goal.
Araújo (6/10): Good in the air, winning the ball, not much else.
Gravenberch (5/10): Gave away a few balls. I expected better with fresh legs.
Munoz (6/10): Best chance of the game with a header that was saved off the bar.
Substitutes
Gakpo (5/10): A bad pass ended a promising attack for the Reds
Mac Allister (7/10): Attacking mindset as soon as he stepped on the pitch
Kerkez (6/10): Drew a dangerous free kick late
Ngumoha (5/10): Needed to be a bigger spark off the bench
Frimpong (5/10): Name barely called after coming on
Man of the Match
Jacquet
The Manager
Andoni Iraola (7/10): I think the boss made all the right moves in terms of starting XI and subs. The players just did not execute.
LFC Globe Verdict
This is another disappointing result for Liverpool. Yes, the Reds are still unbeaten in all competitions, but for this club, 3 points are expected with a lot more regularity.
