Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola is struggling to get a consistent tune out of his team since his arrival from Bournemouth, and he needs to start taking some risks.
The Reds currently sit in seventh position in the Premier League, having won just once in their opening four games this season.
Liverpool are unbeaten, but they have failed to win three of those matches, being held to draws by Nottingham Forest, Fulham, and Newcastle United.
It's safe to say things haven't quite clicked for Iraola at Liverpool so far, but there's no doubt it's still early days.
Despite that, there have been frustrations from the supporters surrounding the recruitment and team selection, with the club not giving Iraola the tools to compete for the Premier League title.
The reality is, it's simply not working for Liverpool in the Premier League at the moment. Experienced, senior players are letting the team down, and Iraola needs to start taking some risks.
Liverpool starting XI
Florian Wirtz has consistently let them down when it comes to his quality on the ball. The German international works incredibly hard and could come good, but for now, Iraola needs to try something different.
Cody Gakpo is perhaps unfortunate to not make the XI, but it's clear that Bradley Barcola is going to be played into form considering he was a marquee summer signing.
As mentioned, Iraola needs to start taking risks, and that could come in teenage duo Trey Nyoni and Rio Ngumoha.
The young duo have a lot to prove and have sky-high potential, so why not take the risk and let these talents express themselves?

The truth is, Liverpool have little to lose right now. It's been a disappointing start and key players are letting the team down.
Iraola needs to try something different and unleash some young players, while giving Wirtz a spell out of the team.
That will allow Dominik Szoboszlai to play in the number 10 position, where he's proven to be a threat.
Something needs to give at Anfield, as Iraola can't continue picking the same players who are letting him down without the threat of being sacked early on creeping in over the coming weeks.
