In what was a professional display from City, Andrée Jeglertz watched on from the sidelines as his side maintained their perfect start to the season with a 4-1 win away to Aston Villa.
City came out of the blocks firing in the first half, with Rebecca Knaak and Mary Fowler giving us a two-goal cushion, but Amalie Vangsgaard halved the deficit just before the break.
However, the second half went almost the exact same way for City as they added a further two goals, although these ones did come a bit deeper into the game from Bunny Shaw and Lauren Hemp, who also ticked over the 100 WSL goal contribution milestone
