The Blues maintained our 100% start to the 2026/27 WSL campaign with a 4-1 win at Villa Park.
City took a deserved lead when Jade Rose pounced on a loose ball following a corner around the 15-minute mark, with Mary Fowler making it two on the half-hour.

And after Lauren Hemp and Bunny Shaw both went particularly close to adding a third, they combined to extend our advantage with 15 to play, with the former threading the latter through for a cheeky dinked finish.
That assist saw Hemp bring up 100 WSL goal involvements, and she would play a big part in number four deep into stoppage time.
Driving into the box and shooting across goal, her effort deflected off Mathilde Harviken to make it four.
