While Xabi Alonso was left extremely frustrated with his Chelsea side's 2-2 draw with Hull City at the weekend, other senior officials at the club would have been keeping an eye on the loan contingent all over the world.
The Blues have a total of 21 players on loan this season. Some are with eyes on their futures, while others are players the club could not sell over the summer transfer window.
Either way, Chelsea will be keeping a close eye on all of their development with future transfer windows in mind.

So, with that being said, football.london rounds up the latest from all of Chelsea's loanees and their involvement over the weekend.
Genesis Antwi
Antwi once again featured on the right-hand side of defence for Chelsea's sister club Strasbourg. The 19-year-old Swede has started every Ligue 1 match for the French side to date and has completed almost every minute in what has been so far a really productive loan in terms of getting first-team experience for the teenage full-back.
Benoit Badiashile
The 25-year-old defender has not enjoyed a positive loan at Napoli thus far. Badiashile struggled in a 10-minute cameo against Inter Milan the weekend before and was then an unused substitute in his side's 1-0 win over Bologna on Sunday.
Axel Disasi
It was a nightmare weekend for Disasi. The 28-year-old Frenchman was shown a straight red card in Crystal Palace's 3-2 defeat at home to Ipswich Town. Disasi was sent off for a high challenge on Jack Clarke and the sending off proved costly for the Eagles at Selhurst Park.

Kiano Dyer
The 19-year-old central midfielder has played a combined 20 minutes (not including stoppage time) for Chesterfield so far in League Two. Dyer made a 10-minute cameo in Saturday's win over Oldham Athletic.
Dario Essugo
Essugo is yet to start a match for Strasbourg since moving there on loan. The 21-year-old midfielder came on at half-time in Saturday's draw with AS Monaco.
Filip Jorgensen
Jorgensen, though, has started all four of Strasbourg's Ligue 1 matches to date. However, the 24-year-old Danish goalkeeper is yet to keep a clean sheet since moving to Stade de la Meinau.
Alejandro Garnacho
The 22-year-old winger is currently on a season-long loan at Aston Villa, who have a conditional obligation to make the deal permanent next summer. Said conditions are understood to be straightforward and that much was essentially confirmed by Villa boss Unai Emery last week.
"We want him at the same level he was for Chelsea in the first part of last season and in Manchester two years ago," said Emery. "He is a player we have signed for a long time, and we will help him to feel comfortable and confident to get his quality."
Garnacho, though, is yet to make a start for Villa.
Ollie Harrison
The 19-year-old midfielder has started AFC Wimbledon's last two League One matches. Harrison was used for the first 64 minutes of his side's 1-0 win over Doncaster Rovers on Saturday afternoon.
Ryan Kavuma-McQueen
It has been an impressive start to life at Portsmouth for Kavuma-McQueen. The 17-year-old winger, though, was unable to make the desired impact from the bench as Pompey drew 0-0 away at Charlton Athletic on Saturday. Plenty more to come from Kavuma-McQueen.
Max Merrick
The 20-year-old goalkeeper is on loan at National League team Hartlepool United. In five appearances for the fifth-tier side, Merrick has kept three clean sheets. Merrick, though, missed Friday's defeat to Kidderminster through injury.
Shim Mheuka
Mheuka is very popular already among Celtic supporters online after moving to Glasgow towards the end of the summer transfer window. The 18-year-old striker has been restricted to cameo appearances for Martin O'Neill's side so far but is pushing for a more significant role after impressing off the bench. Mheuka came on for the final 13 minutes of Celtic's 3-0 defeat to Rangers in the Scottish League Cup quarter-final on Sunday.

Mykhailo Mudryk
Mudryk wasn't involved for Tottenham in their goalless draw with Everton on Saturday. As exclusively reported on football.london, the Ukrainian winger suffered an ankle injury in training last week and is set to be missing until after the international break.
Harrison Murray-Campbell
Despite Kortrijk losing 3-0 to La Louviere on Sunday, Murray-Campbell impressed for the away side. The 20-year-old defender played well individually but was part of a defence that were blown away at the Easi Arena.
Dujuan Richards
The 20-year-old Jamaican is yet to make an appearance for AFC Wimbledon in League One. Richards was named on the bench for Saturday's win over Doncaster but was not brought on.
Ishe Samuels-Smith
The 20-year-old defender has found it difficult at Notts County in League One thus far. Samuels-Smith is yet to start for the third-tier side, while making three cameo appearances, and was an unused substitute in Saturday afternoon's 1-0 defeat to Bradford.
Robert Sanchez
The 28-year-old goalkeeper is yet to make an appearance for Cesc Fabregas' Como side. Jean Butez is currently the No.1 shot-stopper for the Italians, who are in Serie A action this evening (Monday) against Parma.

Mamadou Sarr
Sarr started in Real Sociedad's disappointing 3-0 defeat at home to Atletico Madrid on Sunday. The Senegal international has now started the last two matches for La Real.
Dastan Satpayev
The Kazakh teenager is currently out with an injury and missed Burnley's 3-1 defeat to Swansea City on Saturday. Satpayev is expected to be out for a few weeks and there has been some consideration over whether the attacker returns to Cobham to undergo his rehab process.
Reggie Walsh
The 17-year-old midfielder has been really impressive for Wigan Athletic in League One so far. Walsh has started four of the Latics' five league fixtures this season, including in Saturday's goalless draw at Sheffield Wednesday.
Caleb Wiley
Wiley missed Preston North End's defeat to Lincoln City due to a minor injury. Fortunately for the American, who has had his fair share of injury problems in the past, this one is said to be minor and he should return soon.
Kaiden Wilson
The 21-year-old defender has been virtually an ever-present figure for Rochdale this season. Wilson played the full 90 minutes for the League Two side and helped keep a clean sheet in a goalless draw with Walsall on Saturday.
