Arsenal and Ipswich Town could be without five injured players between them for Tuesday night's clash. Both sides go into their Carabao Cup contest off the back of a victory.
Mikel Arteta's side maintained their 100 per cent start to the new campaign by beating Sunderland 2-0 at the Stadium of Light. Meanwhile, Ipswich secured their second Premier League win of the campaign with a dramatic 3-2 away victory over Crystal Palace.
The East Anglians and the north Londoners come together on Tuesday evening in the third-round of the League Cup, in which Arsenal got all the way to the final in last year before losing to Manchester City at Wembley.
White started the match at the Stadium of Light but was hauled off at the break after visibly wincing in discomfort at several points throughout the opening 45 minutes. White did not feature in any training pictures uploaded by the Gunners' media team on Monday.

Town manager Gary O'Neil confirmed last week that Matusiwa is ready for minutes, but cannot yet feature from the start.
The ex-Wolverhampton Wanderers manager said: "Azor will obviously be a little bit longer before he's available to start football matches, but he's ready for minutes now. We can start to get him back in and around matchday squads."
