Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic reportedly weighs around 105 kilograms (231 pounds) as he enters the final stage of his offseason preparations in Slovenia, according to SportKlub.si.
"His weight is also within the desired range, unofficially even at 105 kilograms," the report stated.
Doncic is already near his official playing weight well before the Lakers open preseason camp. Los Angeles listed him at 104 kg (230 pounds) last season.
SportKlub reports that the 27-year-old has not been this physically prepared for a long time. His offseason program first focused on fully recovering from the injuries he dealt with last season before moving into conditioning work.
Doncic suffered a Grade 2 left hamstring strain late last season, an injury that ended his year and forced him to miss the Lakers' entire playoff run.
Luka is currently in the middle of the longest basketball break of his career. A total of 203 days will pass between his final game of last season and his first competitive appearance of the new 2026-27 campaign.
Doncic did not play for Slovenia this summer after deciding to prioritize time with his two daughters. He still remained active around basketball, continuing his individual work and organizing a Lakers minicamp in Slovenia during the offseason.

Luka entered the final stage of his individual preparations in Ljubljana this past week following a short break by the sea.
His current work is reportedly split between the weight room and basketball court, although he has not yet moved into full-contact basketball or practices at maximum intensity.
Unlike in previous years, Doncic has not joined Ilirija's practices in Tivoli. He has instead mostly trained with his own staff in a smaller basketball hall inside Ljubljana's new swimming pool complex.
Longtime personal trainer Anze Macek has once again played a central role in his preparation. Macek worked with Luka during his tenure in Dallas and continued their partnership following his move to Los Angeles.
Doncic is expected to remain in Europe until Sept. 20 before returning to Los Angeles.
The Lakers will hold their traditional media day on Sept. 28 before officially opening training camp for the 2026-27 season on Sept. 29.
