When the [Boston Celtics](https://nesn.com/boston-celtics) decided to sign big man Mitchell Robinson, it certainly had an impact on a few players on the roster.
However, none more than Neemias Queta, whom the Celtics like as a player. There's no debate that Queta is a decent player in his own right, but considering Robinson just came off a championship season with the New York Knicks and was a major contributor for one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference over the past few seasons, it makes sense for many reasons to bring in a guy like that.
As for how this could affect Queta, he seems to understand that his role in the big-man rotation is going to change. However, the Celtics fan favorite doesn't seem too worried.
"I'm not too worried about (how the Robinson deal changes the big man rotation)," [said](https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/neemias-queta-opens-mitchell-robinson-180844975.html) Queta, H/T Celtics Wire. "That's a (Boston head coach) Joe (Mazzulla) thing to figure out."
"I'm out there just welcoming my new teammates (with) open arms," he continued. "Mitchell's going to be a great addition for us. I'm extremely happy I don't have to go against him anymore because he used to get all these rebounds."
The Celtics can't have guys like Queta being upset about situations like this, though that's obviously much easier said than done.
He's a competitor who wants to start every game and play as much as possible. Regarding Robinson, there are going to be times when he's a much better fit on the court than a guy like Queta. However, the same can be said the other way around.
