Ipswich Town bounced back at the weekend, defeating Crystal Palace with a dramatic 3-2 victory.

The Tractor Boys will continue to be without Jack Taylor and Azor Matusiwa. Key forward Emersonn was withdrawn in the weekend win against Crystal Palace with an apparent muscle issue, but would likely have been rested for the visit of Arsenal.
Zian Fleming will likely start in attack following his 90th-minute winner at the weekend.

Arsenal Team News
As mentioned, we expect Arsenal to rotate for this Carabao Cup third-round tie.
First-choice goalkeeper David Raya will likely be rested, with Kepa starting instead of third-choice Illan Meslier. Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and Riccardo Calafiori will seemingly be rested. Ben White was withdrawn at the weekend against Sunderland with an injury. Jurrien Timber is just returning from a long absence, so we anticipate a start for Marli Salmon.

Last Word on Ipswich vs Arsenal
Arsenal will clearly make changes after their tough game at the weekend. Despite the expected changes, they will still have plenty of quality on show. Despite Ipswich winning at the weekend, it’s difficult to see them having enough to defeat Arsenal, although we anticipate them applying some early pressure on Mikel Arteta’s side.
Prediction: Ipswich 1-2 Arsenal.
