Twitch banned Cole Palmer and removed content from his channel at the request of EA Sports as the copyright holder after live streaming FC 27 on Tuesday afternoon

Cole Palmer has called on Twitch to unban his account after streaming EA Sports FC 27 ahead of the game's early access period. Chelsea's number ten broadcast footage of himself opening Ultimate Team packs
Palmer, 24, was live for over an hour, with thousands of viewers watching, before the stream abruptly ended. This year's game does not launch globally until next Friday (September 25), but early access begins at midnight this Friday (September 18), two days after the Web App.
However, anyone watching Palmer play got an even earlier look. EA Sports FC were even watching along at one point.
Their official account said in the stream's chat: "Errr Cole, weren't we going to do this a bit later? We'll be live at 6pm UK!" That is when they started their first gameplay livestream.
Palmer has responded with an Instagram story, saying: "I was only giving the people what they wanted... unban me pls," before tagging EA Sports FC and Twitch.
FC 27 news page Fut Sheriff posted about him being banned on the same social media platform, a post that Palmer liked and commented: "We back soon". Several clips and screenshots from his cut-short stream are being shared online.
At one point during the live stream, Palmer complained that his overall rating had been downgraded this year. He has gone from an 87 to an 85, with the passing and dribbling on his Ultimate Team card dropping by the same amount.
The player also described himself as having "one leg" last season. Palmer missed two months with a groin injury before also fracturing the small toe on his left foot after stubbing it on a door at home.
He missed all but three of the first dozen Premier League matches with his various fitness issues. He returned in December.
Speaking about his injuries during pre-season, Palmer said in Sydney during Chelsea's pre-season tour: "The first few months, with me being injured, I just wanted to go out and play, which I probably shouldn't have done.
"Obviously, I couldn't play how I wanted to play. It was a bad season, personally, with injuries and stuff, but I feel good now. The seven weeks obviously helped. I'm ready to go again.
"I went to Sweden or Denmark, one of those countries, to see a doctor. We did speak about (surgery), but I didn't end up getting it."
