EA Sports and Twitch have taken action against Cole Palmer after the Chelsea player streamed himself opening Ultimate Team packs on EA FC 27 ahead of its release

Cole Palmer wants Twitch to reinstate his account after being banned for streaming EA Sports FC 27 before the game's official early access period starts.
Palmer broadcast footage of himself opening Ultimate Team packs and was live for more than an hour, attracting thousands of viewers, before the stream suddenly cut out. Chelsea's number ten is already playing the yet-to-be-released game, even though its early access period does not start until Friday, with a worldwide launch coming later this month.
Those tuning into Palmer's broadcast gained an even earlier glimpse. EA Sports FC, though, were monitoring proceedings at one stage.
Their official account stated in the stream's chat: "Errr Cole, weren't we going to do this a bit later? We'll be live at 6pm UK!"
Palmer has responded via an Instagram story, stating: "I was only giving the people what they wanted... unban me pls," while tagging EA Sports FC and Twitch. FC 27 news platform Fut Sheriff posted about his suspension on the same social media site, a post that Palmer liked and commented on: "We back soon".
Numerous clips and screenshots from his abbreviated stream are circulating online. Palmer offered commentary during the stream about his in-game ratings.
He expressed dissatisfaction with his overall having decreased this year. It has dropped from an 87 to an 85, with both passing and dribbling statistics on his Ultimate Team card declining by the same margin.
The player also described himself as having "one leg" last season. Palmer missed two months with a groin injury before also fracturing the small toe on his left foot after stubbing it on a door at home.
He was absent for all but three of the opening dozen Premier League fixtures due to his various injuries. The player did not return to fitness until December.

Discussing the various injuries that impacted his performances, Palmer said in Sydney during Chelsea's pre-season tour of Australia: "The first few months, with me being injured, I just wanted to go out and play, which I probably shouldn't have done.
"Obviously, I couldn't play how I wanted to play. It was a bad season, personally, with injuries and stuff, but I feel good now. The seven weeks obviously helped. I'm ready to go again.
"I went to Sweden or Denmark, one of those countries, to see a doctor. We did speak about (surgery), but I didn't end up getting it."
