Manchester United starlet JJ Gabriel has caused a stir this week by reportedly asking to leave the Red Devils. According to multiple reports, Gabriel wants to cancel his registration with immediate effect and move on a free transfer.
Gabriel is widely considered to be an exceptional talent and has been dubbed ‘Kid Messi’ during his time at Old Trafford. However, the youngster now appears set to shock United by leaving the club and continuing his career elsewhere.
Barcelona are one of several clubs to have been linked with Gabriel previously and the rumor mill claims the Catalans remain interested.
According to new updates from The Athletic and ESPN, both Barcelona and Real Madrid are among the clubs interested in the youngster and are monitoring the situation.
Gabriel is widely regarded as a special talent with bags of skill, known for his exceptional dribbling and goalscoring ability. He bagged a hat-trick against Sabah in the UEFA Youth League just last week, becoming the youngest player to do so for United in the process.
