The fourth round draw of the Carabao Cup has been completed.

Liverpool will host Chelsea at Anfield in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup. The tie is the standout match-up of an intriguing draw. Premier League champions Arsenal have not won the League Cup since 1992-93 and face the lowest-ranked team remaining, League Two's Fleetwood Town, away from home.
Holders Manchester City, who are looking to match Liverpool's record of lifting the trophy 10 times, could face Brighton & Hove Albion if they beat Norwich City tomorrow (Thursday September 17). Brighton's reward for coming from 2-0 down to beat Manchester United 3-2 at Old Trafford could be another trip to Manchester to take on Man City.
Elsewhere, Everton have not won a trophy for 31 years and host the 2025 winners of this competition, Newcastle, at the Hill Dickinson Stadium. Only three non-Premier League teams are in the final 16 and two of them - Bradford City and Peterborough United - have been drawn together in an all-League One clash.
All round four matches will take place in the week commencing October 26.

What happened in round three?
Man United looked set to book their place in the fourth round after opening up a 2-0 lead at home to Brighton inside 10 minutes, with Shea Lacey and Mason Mount scoring.
But the Seagulls responded with three goals in 24 minutes through Charalampos Kostoulas, Pascal Gross and Maxim De Cuyper to stun Old Trafford, with United fans booing after the full-time.
It was the first time United have lost a game from 2-0 up at Old Trafford in any competition in 50 years.
Elsewhere on Wednesday, Tammy Abraham's brace helped Aston Villa beat Coventry City 3-1 while a late Charly Alcaraz goal took Everton a 1-0 victory over Championship outfit Wolves.
League Two promotion hopefuls Fleetwood Town are the lowest ranked team left in the competition after pulling off a 1-0 upset win against Sheffield United due to a freak own goal. The Cod Army have yet to concede across their three Carabao Cup wins this season.
On Tuesday night, Liverpool beat Tottenham thanks to three brilliant goals - a long-range scorcher from Dominik Szoboszlai the pick of the bunch - while Arsenal put four past Ipswich Town with their 16-year-old phenonemon Max Dowman bagging a brace.

Fulham and Brentford were other Premier League winners as Peterborough United moved into the fourth round for the first time since 2009 by winning 7-6 on penalties after a thrilling 3-3 draw.
Last week, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace won comfortably against lower league opposition while Newcastle edged past Millwall at The Den. Chelsea defeated Leeds United 6-3 in a thriller at Stamford Bridge despite the Whites having led 2-0.
Bradford City also won an all-League One tie with Lincoln City away from home.
The final game of the third round, Man City hosting mid-table second tier side Norwich City, will be played tomorrow night (7.30pm).
Norwich are looking to become just the fourth non-Premier League team in the last 16 after Bradford City, Fleetwood and Peterborough United.
