Arsenal is considering sending attacker out on loan

Arsenal have struggled to find space for Noni Madueke in the team this season, and the form of Max Dowman means the youngster could now be ahead of the former Chelsea man in the pecking order.

The World Cup star has been an important player at the Emirates since moving to Arsenal a year ago, and he had hoped to feature even more regularly this season. However, competition for places has made that difficult.

With Bukayo Saka in excellent form and Dowman also performing well, it will be difficult for Madueke to get as much game time as he would have wanted. The attacker is aware of the situation and could now consider his options.

Juventus and Atletico show interest

Madueke has attracted interest from Atletico Madrid and Juventus ahead of the second half of the season, with both clubs reportedly prepared to offer him more regular playing time than he is currently receiving at Arsenal.

According to Fichajes, Arsenal are aware of the interest in Madueke’s signature and are considering allowing him to leave at the start of the year so that he can get more game time.

A temporary departure could allow Madueke to play more regularly while allowing Arsenal to maintain control over his future. The situation could depend on the amount of playing time available to him at the Emirates during the coming months.

Madueke could leave on loan

If Saka and Dowman remain fit and continue to perform well, there is a possibility that Arsenal could allow Madueke to leave on loan during the second half of the campaign.

Such a move could become particularly likely if Madueke himself asks to leave in search of more regular first-team football. His desire for greater involvement could therefore play an important role in determining what happens next.

For Arsenal, the decision will involve balancing Madueke’s need for regular football with the competition for places within their squad. Saka and Dowman are both providing strong options, while Madueke will want to ensure that he continues to play regularly.

With Atletico Madrid and Juventus reportedly interested, the attacker could have opportunities elsewhere if Arsenal decide that a loan move is appropriate. For now, his future at the club remains dependent on his opportunities and the form of those competing for his position.
