Xabi Alonso will take his pre-match press conference this afternoon ahead of Chelsea's Premier League trip to Brentford on Friday evening.
In matchday five of the new English top-flight season, the two west London sides go head-to-head to open the weekend at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Alonso is due to begin his press conference at 1:30pm (UK time) today as the Chelsea manager previews his team's upcoming game. Blues supporters are desperate to find out whether Moises Caicedo will be fit enough to feature, and we should hear an update on the Ecuadorian's fitness this afternoon.
Likewise with Marco Palestra, Jordan Henderson and Emmanuel Emegha, who are all yet to feature for the Blues this season. Palestra and Henderson have both been spotted in first-team training this week, so Alonso is set to update us on whether they are fit enough to take part in Brentford tomorrow.
Also, Reece James and Joao Pedro were both not in the first 15 minutes (the time period that TV cameras were permitted to record) of Tuesday's session.
