Kai Havertz celebrates with his Arsenal team-mates
Arsenal have been handed a welcome boost with Kai Havertz only set to take part in the first half of the international window with Germany.
Klopp has taken the unusual decision to split 44 players into two separate groups for Germany’s four Nations League fixtures later this month and at the start of October.
Havertz has been named in the first group for games against the Netherlands and Greece, but will then return to Arsenal rather than feature against Serbia and Greece in the second half of the international window.

The decision should give Mikel Arteta’s first-choice striker valuable rest during an otherwise demanding three-week international period.
Havertz has started all four of Arsenal’s Premier League games this season and has scored three times in six appearances across all competitions.
