The Los Angeles Lakers are adding a talented forward who excelled at their G League club.
In a press release, LA announced Thursday that they have signed Anton Watson to an Exhibit 10 contract.
Watson earned a chance to join the Lakers' training camp before next NBA season, where he will compete for a potential two-way spot.

Anton Watson was among the standouts of the Los Angeles Lakers' G League squads from last season.
The 25-year-old appeared in 50 games for the South Bay Lakers in the 2025-26 season, averaging 11.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.4 steals in 27.3 minutes of play.
Upon being selected with the 54th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, Watson spent the 2024-25 NBA season with the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks, logging appearances for their respective G League teams.
He also suited up in nine official games for the Knicks, though his playing time was limited to just 22 minutes in total.
The former Gonzaga star was a First-team All-WCC member as a senior in the college program.
The Lakers can bring 21 players to training camp, but they must trim the group down to a 15-man roster and three two-way players before the new season starts.
